• expand to 8 classes per month (must have 4 captains)

• each class owned by a captain and co-captain

• weekly schedule posted sundays (5:46pm+) and day-of reminders sent

• market to leagues, rentals, and facility network to have them trial class with team

• weekly sphere content created and collaborations launched

• month two target: 40–50 members

• do not expand to 3 days/week until target is hit

definition of done:

• classes expand to 8 per month with full captain coverage ✅

• membership reaches 40–50 active players ✅

• marketing and content creation are happening weekly ✅
