  • do the work: lead by example and get in the mix to meet teammates, know your captains and sell your business. let your feet do the talking and set the standard for your business.

  • support: support your captains and get weekly feedback

  • 25 members: do the work to make sure your facility gets 25 sales to get the ball rolling. hardest to get started but keeps rolling and picks up speed fast once set

  • clean facility: make sure your business is clean and professional for your staff and teammates. put yourself in the shoes of others coming and ask if you’d pay or like these conditions

  • gear and equipment: make sure standard equipment is in good condition

  • captains: caps are a reflection of you so pick your ambassadors carefully and hold the standards high but always take care of them like family
