  • 50 members: 2-3 classes per week. 4-6 captains. soccer and/or soccer-fitness/skill

  • 75 members: 4-6 classes per week. 6-8 captains. soccer and soccer-fitness/skill

  • add classes: stack class back to back then add days as you grow to be efficient

  • add membership: add your 12 pack membership and unlimited options

  • add programs: add soccer-fitness, soccer-skill, fitness programs for new players

  • add new times: adjust times for the demographic you’re shooting for. fitness schedule, entrepreneur, stay at home mom, after school, weekend family kick

  • add new revenue: leagues, camp and clinics, corporate wellness and group classes for team building or training for teams

  • apps: plei, good rec, class pass are lead generating funnels to use to get people to your class and facility. upsell those players into your membership and community with intro offer and community atmosphere

  • content: ramp up video work and hire a team and pay influencer to collaborate

  • ads: run ads and expand new offerings with fitness, females and new to soccer

  • recruit captains: soccer players. soccer player into fitness, fitness trainers, referees, influencers and community builders

  • awaygame: have captains do home and away game with others fitness studios and go support other concepts to build reciprocity not competition. also have players wear gear to other soccer experiences to share word of mouth
