schedule: setup first kick the same day as the future schedule to build
class: start simple by just playing soccer and running sphere 3-team or sphere open play
roster: fill class with starting 11 to give captains a trial
girl powa: have more females than males in first kick (recruit new strikers)
content: capture content to use for facility marketing and captain promo
pictures: (huddle, team pic, girls, social, fun, connection and soccer)
sizzle reel: fast & upbeat highlight video of class (15-30 seconds)
video: owner welcome video to the community to join in sphere gear
chalk talk: after class have an internal quick talk to get feedback on class
nshh: host a #noshowerhappyhour and start building your community
