  • review: cap contract and expectations, compensation, memberships and pricing, how to sell, how to check players in, class sub, issues, class setup, gear, music & login, standards, cap free classes, free passes for trials, bonus, sales, plan, goal)

  • schedule: assign captain days like a baseball pitcher for each day of week to build their community and class weekly

  • content: create content daily and have each captain do a collab post with the facility, sphere and sponsors

  • cap chat: create a group text for all captains to communicate and share facility sop + passwords for music

  • sphere classes: review programs and brand standards

  • build relationships: you are the connection and job to help people connect, create a great atmosphere and facilitate a high standard experience. connect on social media with your teammates, go to no shower happy hour but most important become friends with your teammates

  • goal: share team goal of 25 members (team party when hit 25, 50, 75, 100)
