sphere soccer-fitness is our signature soccer-fitness class with the ball—built for all skill levels and designed to get you moving with purpose. each 45-minute session mixes gameplay and workout segments to boost endurance, agility, strength, and powa while keeping the energy high and the vibes social.

🕒 format

  • 45-minute session

  • no set water breaks

  • 16 players max (white level)

🔁 style of play:

  • we don’t count goals but we celebrate them

  • two team game rotating between workout and play segments

  • small field, small goals, small ball (weighted size 3 sphere ball)

  • rotating between workout and play segments

  • no cleats and no egos! family style game and group fitness workout

⚽ game rules (on the field)

  • stay on your feet and out of the goals

  • no defending in corners, and easy on the sidelines

  • keep the ball on the ground. no long shots or passes

  • for a goal to count the entire team must be over the half-line

  • shooter shags. leave the ball behind the goal

  • we've got a few different colors but we’re all on the same team. please, check your ego on the sideline!
