club is our 3-team rotation training system—designed to support the goal of any session. two teams play while the third trains on the sideline, keeping everyone moving, working, and improving. perfect for club coaches or teams looking to maximize a larger space, this soccer-fitness format blends team structure with an individually focused workout. every session is built to be inclusive, high-energy, and purposeful—helping players feel like they got a great workout and moved the team forward.

🕒 session format

  • 45 minutes

  • 21 players max per sphere size field

  • 3 team rotation (team on the sideline is working)

🔁 style of play:

  • we don’t count goals but we celebrate them

  • two or three teams rotating between workout and play segments

  • small field, small goals, small ball (weighted size 3 sphere ball)

  • no cleats and no egos! family style game and group fitness workout

⚽ game rules (on the field)

  • stay on your feet and out of the goals

  • no defending in corners, and easy on the sidelines

  • keep the ball on the ground. no long shots or passes

  • for a goal to count the entire team must be over the half-line

  • shooter shags. leave the ball behind the goal

  • we've got a few different colors but we’re all on the same team. please, check your ego on the sideline!
