powa sphere is our soccer-inspired strength + hiit class without the ball—and without the movement across the field. rooted in strength, stability, and stamina, this workout keeps you grounded in one spot while still pushing your limits. you’ll move through methodical, nonstop intervals that blend endurance, core, and strength work—often using resistance bands or slam balls to level up the challenge. no soccer ball, no running—just you vs. you, repping with purpose, sweating with the squad, and building real power. just like every class we run, powa is made to welcome all players, no matter your skill or fitness level. the only goal is to leave stronger than you came.

45-minute session
no set water breaks
20-30 players max
🔁 style of play:
play at your own speed
check ego on sideline (take band off or put the ball down)
keep your eye on the ball (instructor position - beep vs set play)
find your position (be respectful of your teammates around you)
let the music dictate your speed of play
if using a resistance band, keep it above your knees
have a ball
