sphere 45 fitness is our soccer-inspired cardio + HIIT class without the ball—a cardio-charged, full-field workout designed to build endurance, mobility, and strength. This class is fluid, nonstop, and team-based, blending sprint intervals, agility drills, core work, and bodyweight movements—sometimes incorporating resistance bands or slam balls to dial up the intensity. You’ll use the whole field and feel like you're training with purpose, side by side with your teammates. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, 45 is made to welcome all players, elevate your fitness, and connect you to a team that helps you kick your goals—together.
