do this:
recruit captains: social post, emails, dms, text players/staff at the facility and convert existing refs/leaders/coaches.
sign: 2–4 assistant captains signed (to start) and set expectations
training: all captains enrolled for training and set up first practice (1 week to complete training and run first class) and reimburse captains once completed
sphere gear: make sure gear is received and ready for team
sphere sop video: create a simple video to show the team where to get the gear, turn on music, setup field, run experience and shutdown after class
first kick: set demo first practice date to get content and showcase program
