head captain and assistants build first starting 11 of facility
create group chat and add starting 11 and new players (ig, whatsapp, slack)
schedule family and friends trial class for week 2 on day classes will be held
assign captain days to lead like a baseball pitcher (bonus for filling first full class)
create content, build momentum & each captain builds their day with own starting 11
definition of done:
starting 11 is identified and added to locker room communication ✅
trial class is scheduled with friends, family, and early supporters ✅
captains are assigned days and actively driving momentum ✅
