grow your club
from one practice to a full community
you’ve launched your first practice — now it’s time to grow. whether you’re running workouts at a park or inside a facility, building your club comes down to one word: consistency.
start with one great experience
before adding more classes, focus on maxing out the one you have. fill every spot. create energy. deliver a standard that players can’t stop talking about. once there’s consistent demand, you’re ready to expand.
bring on your first assistant captain
every great captain needs a teammate. find someone who can help you lead, sub in when you’re out, and eventually become a certified sphere captain themselves. coaching up new leaders keeps the ball rolling — even when you’re not on the pitch.
expand your schedule
once your foundation is strong, move to two practices per week.
maybe your assistant runs one, and you run the other.
maybe you co-lead both.
either way, you’re creating more opportunities for people to play and connect.
move into memberships
drop-ins are temporary. memberships build community. they create loyalty, consistency, and recurring revenue — the difference between “pickup” and a real club. two practices per week is the sweet spot to launch memberships and scale your impact.
build your leadership core
as you grow, aim for six leaders:
1 head captain
1 assistant captain
4 sphere captains
this “starting 6” gives you structure, stability, and room to grow your club to three sessions per week without burning out.
host community events
once your club is rolling, integrate our signature social events:
first thursday: no-shower happy hour — build connection off the field.
17th event: themed experience that keeps your culture fresh.
soleful sunday: wellness-based day that broadens your reach.
these touchpoints transform your sessions into a true club culture — a place where teammates belong, connect, and keep coming back.
the takeaway
don’t chase scale too fast. build strong roots, consistent play, and a culture people love. when you lead with energy, consistency, and connection, your club becomes more than a class — it becomes a family.
keep the ball rolling.
