- TOCA: A technical class taught by a professional Major League Soccer player designed to enhance every player's skill set.
- BALA: A 45-minute soccer match which brings together the community to enjoy the beautiful game.
- POWA: We are kicking off our new class at the Four Seasons. POWA is 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular treadmill routines and sideline strength training that uses the ball to shred your fitness goals. We encourage our 8-player lineup to arrive early, check-in and warm up. Once we kick-off, we play fast. The amenities (pool, gym, steam room and showers) at the hotel and valet are included. No Soccer Experience Needed.
- MINI: Family fitness with a kick! 45 minutes with your teammate or sidekick, that combines fun and fitness in an atmosphere where everyone can kick it! Age 6 and up. No Soccer Experience Needed.
- 45: Full body kick that uses only a medicine ball to assist you on your goals! A series of 45 complex strength exercises and complementary plyometrics in 45 minutes with no organized breaks, exclusively for the Four Seasons. No Soccer Experience Needed.
